Welcome to Gale Courses!

Gale Courses offers a wide range of highly interactive, instructor led courses that you can take entirely online.   As a North Shore Library card holder in good standing, you are entitled to these courses at no cost. Courses run for six weeks and new sessions begin every month.

 There are over 300 courses to choose from including:
•          Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and more
•          Grant writing, creative writing, business writing, and technical writing
•          Graphic design, web design, and digital photography
•          Test preparation for ACT, SAT, Praxis, LSAT and GRE
•          Personal Finance, Personal Wellness, Resume Writing, Job Search and much more.

  1. Locate the desired course and click Enroll Now.
  2. Select a session start date on the Select Date page. You will then move on to the Sign In page.
  3. Use either Returning Students or New Student to access or create your account.
  4. Enter your Pre Authorized PassCode as a payment option.
